The Concept      Located on the along the Cuyahoga River in downtown Cleveland, OH, The Collins Apartments is a redevelopment of a former industrial area into a new residential neighborhood.  The project connects existing riverfront bike paths through multiple buildings and housing types.

Expected to be completed in 2025, the complex consists of two similar larger apartment buildings, with a smaller grouping of 3-story townhouses toward the north end of the site along Carter Road.  In the East end of the site two more groupings of 3 -story townhouses flank a 2-story parking garage.

Amenities include a clubroom, meeting room, fitness center, a kitchen/bar area which opens to an outdoor pool and spa, and a sky lounge space with views of the city.

The Views      The two larger contemporary apartment buildings are separated by a plaza meant to engage the public and residents.  The plaza also reorients a pedestrian to the river through a grand staircase and connection through the neighboring development to the river walk.  Additionally, residents are surrounded with great views of downtown Cleveland and the stunning bridges that crisscross the Cuyahoga River.
