The Concept      Located in the International Marketplace neighborhood of Indianapolis, this development seeks to provide 88 affordable housing units to a formerly industrial area of the city.  The project is seeking 4% LIHTC Financing through Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, and is expected to break ground in the fall of 2025.  

The design is for a contemporary 4-story wood frame building clad in a combination of vertical metal panel and masonry creating a simple and elegant composition with a bold use of color.  Units are a combination of  1, 2, and 3-bedrooms and amenities include a Clubroom space with an outdoor terrace, a children’s playground, a Common Laundry Room, Bike Storage, and a Computer Room.
